VIRVA SOCKS

Sale Price:€3.60 Original Price:€4.50

In 2017, Fiona Alice published her first design, Virva, a matching hat and fingerless mitt set in Issue 3 of Laine Magazine. Still inspired by these stitches, Fiona felt a pair of socks in the same fashion would be an enchanting addition to the set. The Virva Socks are adorned with the same textures and motifs and again, use Viola’s rustic hand dyed colours. The twisted ribbing turns into flower steams and buds which appear to be encased in a dome like structure, as if being protected by a greenhouse or terrarium. Individual patterns for Fiona’s Virva Hat and Virva Mitts can also be found online.

The set is sold separately. This listing is for the Virva Socks. The Virva Fingerless Mitts and Hat can also be found in Fiona’s online shop.

This product listing if for the PDF pattern for the garment pictured and described here and not the actual finished item.
