PHŌS

€4.50

’Phōs’ is pronounced as ‘foce’, which means the Greek work for light. The name was chosen, because Fiona was inspired by the way light filtering through the layers of leaves in designing the geometric diamond shapes. Instead of traditional stranded knitting and using only the knit stitch, this pattern plays with combining knits, purls and slipped stitches to form this geometric pattern. Using Quince & Co. Chickadee, it is ideal for “regaining rhythm” in your knitting at the beginning of fall.

Phōs was originally published in amirisu Issue 11. Check out my blog post to learn more about the design process behind Phōs.

This product listing is for the PDF pattern for the garment pictured and described here and not the actual finished item.
